"Harvest & Heal” is a men’s brunch and panel discussion on mental health & wellness. We have a panel of 4 advocates of mental health ranging from life coaches to therapists. Men will have a safe space to discuss mental and emotional health issues that affect the black male economically and personally. Our goal is to dive deep into their mental state and thoroughly discuss traumas while providing support, solutions and resources.
