I've never done yoga. Can I come to this class?

Absolutely! This is many people's first time on a yoga mat. We know that and want to ensure that all levels of student are challenged in the class. This class is designed for you to have complete control of your experience meaning rest or adjustments are encouraged throughout.

What is Trap Yoga?

In Trap Yoga, students move through a series of yoga poses while listening to popular trap songs. The music serves as a backdrop for the practice, helping to increase the energy and intensity of the class.

Will there be extra mats?

We have a few extra that are $5 to rent. Please bring your own mat as we may run out of them before you can reserve one.

Do you host other classes?

Absolutely! We host RNB Yoga, and Yoga for Beginners. We also host classes privately for corporate groups, birthdays, schools, churches, festivals and creative events. 

Can I practice with you online?
