Breath Of A Flower: Sunset Yoga Series

Join us for a rejuvenating evening of yoga at the Yards Park, right on the water. Connect with nature & yourself as we flow through postures under the warm glow of the setting sun. In celebration of nature & its cycles, we'll draw inspiration from the life cycle of a flower to embrace change within & around us.

This series is perfect for all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out. Let the gentle breeze and calming waters inspire your practice.

This is a herbal & floral friendly gathering, so you can BYObotanicals or receive a floral J w/ a donation.

Please arrive 10 minutes before start time to find parking and walk to meeting area.

Location details: The dock to the left of District Winery. 

Walking from the District Winery- go down to the boardwalk towards the water- turn left pass the first boat dock and the Yards colorful signs - arrive at "Kayak dock" before the Naval Builiding (do not enter through brick archway, that's too far) walk down ramp to find us!
