Carla will guide you through each movement with clear explanations and demonstrations, provide nutrition and activity check-ins, to keep you on track. Sessions are held every Sunday at 11 am and popup sessions Sunday 5p and Wednesday 6:30pm, ensuring continuous support and motivation.
