Looking for a fun way to kick off your weekend? Come join us for a wellness-focused Saturday that's all about feeling good (and eating good too)!
Here's the plan: Start your day strong with us at Fan Club at 11 AM for a free group workout. No pressure, all fitness levels welcome!
Then at 1 PM, we'll head over to Mo' Brunch and Brews to refuel and chat about all things health and wellness. Brunch is pay as you go.
Since it's American Heart Month, we thought it'd be the perfect time to come together.
Feel free to join us for the workout, brunch, or both – whatever works for you!
