Summary

Join us for a Saturday "Flow N' Frequency" @ www.greenspaces.com Our '$10 HOLLA!' class will be 30mins of yoga followed by a 30min sound bath meditation in the beautiful www.greenspacesmarket.com.www.migascoffee.com will also be on site with coffee and tea offerings and additional vendors arriving at 12pm!

Lesley Pace-Gormley aka The Ebony  Yogini will lead us through 30 mins of a beautiful morning yoga flow, followed by a 30 minute Sound Bath Meditation from Chaz Mykl to elevate our frequency.

Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any other accessories you would like to have on hand during the morning class.
