A wellness pop-up with tangible tools, resources and strategies to expand, be more mindful, and thrive in their mental health and well-being

Wellness and Mental Health is paramount and should be a priority for the people that drive our global culture – creatives in music, TV, film, fashion and design.

To commemorate Mental Health Awareness Month, Creative Vibes Only®(CVO) is activating a Wellness Lab equipping and empowering the entertainment communities' artists, creatives, producers, executives and creative entrepreneurs with wellness tools, resources and strategies to expand, be more mindful, and thrive in their mental health and well-being

This one-day Wellness pop-up brings creatives and execs from Music, TV/Film, Fashion and Design communities together for (5) interactive sessions of thought-provoking learning, development and mindful moments.

The day features connections with award-winning artists, practitioners, and notable luminaries on how to take control of our mental health and further grow the well-being of our artistry, brand and overall careers.

Invest in yourself and dive deep, exploring ways to integrate mindfulness and restore feelings of well-being through mindful refinement, holistic practices, spirituality, food, nutrition and supplements to be your best and highest self in their creativity and daily lives.
