| For the 2nd time around ASLF is proud to host a 3 HOUR personalized DJ Training! Each of our world renowned DJs will provide quality & tailored instruction for 1 hour each, sharing their years of experience & knowledge just for YOU! DJs INCLUDED: -DJ Afrodeshiak (Semba, Kizomba umbrella genres) -DJ Shark (Music Production & Urban Kiz genres) -DJ Kakah (Music Production & Brazilian Zouk genres) TRANING TOPICS INCLUDED: -Music production -Song selection -Understanding of genres (i.e. Kizomba vs ghetto zouk, Brazilian zouk etc) -Transitions -Beat Matching -Equipment set up (i.e. mixers into speakers, etc) -Troubleshooting -Crowd control -Branding & Marketing -Professionalism -Requirements for bookings -Q&A |

BEGINNER FRIENDLY PROGRAM:
| WELCOME NEWBIES! We are excited to offer a BEGINNER FRIENDLY PROGRAM designed to help newbies learn & develop their foundation & technique in a fun environment! REQUIREMENTS: √ Must be new to Kizomba and/or Brazilian Zouk genres √ Less than 5 months dance experience with these genres √ Can be lead or follow PERKS: √ Discounted Full Beginner Pass √ Workshops tailored to your needs √ Access to other festival workshops AFTER beginner workshops have ended This pass is purchased based on the honor system & will have a separate band for entry into the Beginner workshops. Wristbands will be checked by security. Any persons missing bands will be required to purchase another at the entry fee. |
